Sean died on 19th September 2018 aged 29 yrs old, after being diagnosed in August 2016 with a GBM. You were the most wonderful son, brother, husband and uncle; always positive and such an inspiration to so many. Not a day goes by that we don’t think of you. Love you lots 💗
