IN MEMORY OF OUR BELOVED SON, ANDREW, WHO WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A STAGE 4 GLIOBLASTOMA IN SEPTEMBER 2013 AND DIED IN MAY 2018 AGED37. HE TOOK EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE LIFE TO THE FULL AND BORE HIS ILLNESS WITH COURAGE AND GOOD HUMOUR.
