8 weeks ago you lost your 18 year battle with this terrible disease. You showed courage, strength and true determination in your long fight. You are truly our hero. This Christmas will be the hardest ever for us without you, but we hope you have an amazing time up there in heaven with your mum and dad and all the other special people who have passed.
