My wonderful pops was taken from us by multifocal GBM with Leptomeningeal disease in June 2021 after a shock diagnosis in March 2021.
We miss pops so much, there’s not a minute goes by without him being in my thoughts or at the heart of everything that I do. Losing my dad like that, we’ll before his time, is the most painful thing we have been through but it was an honour to hold his hand as he let go of the pain. Cancer didn’t beat him, he took the cancer out.
